If your claim for Chartered Compensation is successful you will be compensated via one of the payment methods detailed below:
- Complimentary Grand Central Single Journey: For every valid ticket that you have claimed for you will be offered a single journey voucher, valid for 12 months on any Grand Central route, for the same class as your tickets.
- Credit/Debit Card Payment: the payment information that you used to make your booking is kept securely from our Customer Relations team. If you opt for a credit/debit card reimbursement then our Customer Relations team will be in touch to advise how we can make this payment.
- PayPal Payment: please ensure that you submit your registered PayPal email address in your application.
- Cheque
- National Rail Vouchers: these vouchers can be redeemed from any National Rail ticket office to pay in part or in full for a rail journey with any National Rail operator. Please note that change is not given for these vouchers and they cannot be used online.
