If your claim for Chartered Compensation is successful you will be compensated via one of the payment methods detailed below:
- Complimentary Single Grand Central Journey: For every valid ticket that you have claimed for you will be offered a single journey voucher, valid for 12 months on any Grand Central route, for the same class as your tickets.
- BACs: Please supply your bank account name, sort code and account number. Please ensure your bank accepts this payment type before submitting your claim.
- PayPal: Please ensure that you submit your registered PayPal email address in your application.
- National Rail Vouchers: These vouchers can be redeemed from any National Rail ticket office to pay in part or in full for a rail journey with any National Rail operator. Please note that change is not given for these vouchers and they cannot be used online.
