• If you’ve been issued with Grand Central complimentary ticket code, you will need to enter this at the checkout. Please note that only Advance tickets are valid, and complimentary codes are restricted by class (ie a Standard Class complimentary code cannot be used to redeem a First Class Advance ticket).

To use the discount code, customers must search the journey and it is on step 3 (review and pay) page at the very bottom you will need to enter the discount code before purchasing the ticket.
