The Wi-Fi on board our trains is delivered by Icomera over a 4G connection, much like your mobile phone. As a result, we cannot guarantee 100% coverage across our entire routes, particularly on sections of the West Riding Route where the train travels through tunnels and around hills.
Additionally, there may be a technical fault with the systems used to provide the Wi-Fi – in this situation we advise speaking to the Senior Conductor who will be able to troubleshoot.
