If your claim for Chartered Compensation is successful you will be compensated via one of the payment methods detailed below:

• Complimentary Single Grand Central Journey: For every valid ticket that you have claimed for you will be offered GC advance single journey voucher, valid for 6 months on any Grand Central service, for the same class as your tickets.
• BACs: Please supply your bank account name, sort code and account number. Please ensure your bank accepts this payment type before submitting your claim. 
• PayPal: Please ensure that you submit your registered PayPal email address in your application
