One discount code will be issued per person within any seven day period- if you have made more than one booking in any 7 day period, only one 20% code will be received
PIN's are issued 7 days after the validity of the tickets purchased, so for example, if an off-peak return is purchased the PIN is issued after the 30-day expiry date of said ticket and if it's a single ticket, the PIN's are issued 7 days after the date of travel.
Make sure to check Spam folders in an email inbox. Some email accounts such as Gmail have auto sorted folders such as Promotions, so it is useful to check all folders
