We are currently unable to reserve bicycle places on our trains through our website, however you can book up to two spaces on a first-come first-served basis at the front of coach B which are subject to availability, by contacting Customer Relations up to 24 hours before your journey on 0345 603 4852 Opt 4 (Available Monday - Friday 09:00 -17:00). Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your train is due to depart. Simply head to coach B and the train manager will be happy to help you get your bike on-board. You will be provided with a PDF document which you will need to print and present to the train manager.

Our trains can carry up to three bikes, with one space left for customers who have not booked.

If you have a folding bike, you can carry these as normal hand luggage.
