When you buy Self Service Tickets online you will be given a Ticket Reference which you need when collecting your tickets. This reference is displayed:

• In the booking confirmation email we send you.
• By logging into My Account and clicking on Check your order status.

Note: The credit/debit card used to make the booking is required when collecting the ticket at the station.
